Develop (20%) and manage (80%) a profitable customer portfolio in West Africa.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Negotiate and follow up on international sales and purchase transactions.
Define the strategic direction for your region and product portfolio.
Take a hands-on role in solving operational challenges.
Travel regularly to West Africa and occasionally worldwide.
Min. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of commercial experience in an international environment; experience in the paper industry is a plus.
Strong passion for international sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in French & English; Dutch is an asset.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Skilled at building relationships across cultures and comfortable with frequent travel.
Hands-on, solution-driven, and eager to tackle operational issues.
